Ownership, licence and brand background

Duel is operated by Immortal Snail LLC, registration number L22982. The footer and Terms of Service identify the registered office in Charlestown, Nevis and state that the casino operates under Anjouan licence ALSI-202411026-FI1. The footer links directly to the Anjouan Gaming Board verification service.

The public-facing founder is known as Monarch. Duel's own brand page says Monarch has run the CS skin casino CSGOEmpire for more than nine years and shifted his attention to Duel. The same page describes the project as founder-led, estimates the team at approximately 100 people and claims backing by a nine-figure bankroll. The team size and bankroll are operator claims, not audited financial disclosures.

Duel's brand strategy is deliberately different from the usual bonus-led crypto-casino model. Its stated priorities are real-money transparency, low or zero house edge on proprietary games, provably fair results and immediate value rather than delayed VIP rewards.

Ambassadors, sponsorships and partnerships

No named celebrity ambassador, sports-club partner or permanent influencer roster is published on Duel's official pages. The brand page says Duel dislikes the typical fake-balance influencer model but is open to working with influencers who fit its mission. That is a recruitment position, not a confirmed ambassador programme.

Monarch is therefore the only clearly identified public figure directly associated with the project. CSGOEmpire is part of his operating history, and jointhecastle.com is presented as an associated community or "cult" project; neither should be described as a commercial casino partner without additional evidence.

10 Groomer's Van /groomers-van 100% RTP Surface displayed Bet $2.00, Provably Fair and House Edge 0%
11 Rock Paper Scissors /rock-paper-scissors 100% RTP BETA; create/join flow, BO1, Open Games, History, accepted-currency setting and bet input

The game pages commonly exposed a bet input with HTML min=0.01 and step=0.01. Several pages showed a dynamic max below the minimum because the observed balance was zero. Those values are not permanent maximum-bet evidence and are deliberately excluded.

Methlabs is a home-page section heading above a mixed carousel. It is not a twelfth Original and did not expose a /methlabs Original route.

Blackjack economics changed on 16 July 2026

The official /economics-changelog page is marked Last Updated: 16/07/2026. It says Duel added a scaling edge to Blackjack and raised bet limits.

Configuration Official changelog value
Previous maximum base bet $50,000
Previous edge 0.10%
New lower bucket Up to $45,748 base bet at 0.10% edge
Next published bucket Up to $64,044 base bet at 0.14% edge
Next published bucket Up to $118,920 base bet at 0.27% edge
New maximum base bet $260,608 at 0.57% edge

The changelog says the active edge is shown on-screen while betting. This creates an evidence hierarchy: the lobby card says 100% RTP, the game has a Zero Edge control, but the newer and more specific economics changelog states a 0.10%-0.57% scaling edge. The lobby label must not be presented as a universal mathematical guarantee for Blackjack at every bet size.

Video Poker rules exposed in the live interface

The Rules panel stated:

  1. A 52-card deck is used.
  2. The player chooses to hold or discard each of five cards every round.
  3. Discarded cards are replaced.
  4. A pair only counts as a win when it is Jacks or Better.
  5. If several combinations exist, only the highest combination counts for the payout.

Visible categories included Royal Flush, Straight Flush, Flush, Straight, Two Pairs and Pair of Jacks or Better. Exact payout multipliers were not captured and are not invented.

Rock Paper Scissors beta surface

The page was marked BETA and exposed a bet input with HTML minimum 0.01, step 0.01 and maximum 1,000,000; BO1; Create Game; Open Games; History; Newest first; joinable games; and the instruction Select currencies you're willing to receive if you win. No game was created or joined. The input maximum is not a promise that every asset/account can create a one-million-unit game.

Provably Fair. current explanation

The current /fairness page says all Duel house games are Provably Fair. It publishes this lifecycle:

  1. Duel generates a random server seed.
  2. The player provides or controls a client seed.
  3. A nonce increases with each bet.
  4. Duel supplies the hex-encoded SHA-256 hash of the server seed before betting.
  5. Server seed, client seed and nonce generate the result.
  6. Duel reveals the unhashed server seed after play.
  7. The player can verify both the commitment and result through /fairness/verify.

This allows reproduction after seed disclosure. It does not predict outcomes, guarantee a win, validate third-party games or prove that a lobby RTP label applies to every configuration.

Duel Originals

The home page exposes 11 current Originals, all carrying a 100% RTP label:

# Game Route Format shown by Duel
1 Dice /dice Proprietary house game; provably fair
2 Blackjack /blackjack Proprietary blackjack; 100% RTP assumes correct play
3 Plinko /plinko Proprietary multiplier game; provably fair
4 Crash /crash Proprietary multiplier game; provably fair
5 Mines /mines Proprietary mine-selection game; provably fair
6 Beef /beef Proprietary Duel game; provably fair
7 Keno /keno Proprietary number-selection game; provably fair
8 Castle Roulette /castle-roulette Marked LIVE and 100% RTP
9 Video Poker /video-poker Proprietary video poker; 100% RTP depends on optimal decisions
10 Groomer's Van /groomers-van Proprietary house game; provably fair
11 Rock Paper Scissors /rock-paper-scissors Proprietary player-versus-player concept; provably fair

The page also contains a section headed "Methlabs", but the clickable Original in that position is Groomer's Van. Methlabs must not be counted as a twelfth current Original unless Duel exposes it as a separate playable route.

Blackjack and Video Poker deserve a qualification: Duel's affiliate documentation says the casino can earn from player decision errors even when the optimal-play RTP is 100%. "Zero edge" therefore describes the mathematical strategy baseline, not every way a player can use the game.

Original game economics and limit disclosure

The active game cards label all 11 Originals at 100% RTP, which corresponds to a stated 0% theoretical house edge. The same 11 names appear in the independent verifier's game selector. No Original is omitted from the verification menu.

Dice 100% 0% Not published as a fixed figure Set by the live game control Not applicable; Duel has no standing wagering-bonus programme

Rock Paper Scissors 100% 0% Not published as a fixed figure Set by the live game control Not applicable

The Dice and Blackjack amount controls use a minimum HTML value of 0.01. Their maximum attributes differ, which shows that the ceiling is dynamic rather than a permanent site-wide number. The selected currency, account state, bankroll controls and current risk exposure may affect what the interface permits. Players should therefore quote the limit shown immediately before a bet, not reuse one captured maximum as a universal limit.

Duel does not publish a permanent maximum-profit table for the 11 Originals. It also does not publish a game-by-game leaderboard contribution percentage. The daily and monthly competition interface is the only reliable place to check current qualifying rules and points treatment.

Provably fair implementation

Duel says every house game is provably fair. Its verification model uses:

  • a server seed generated by Duel;
  • a client seed supplied by the player;
  • a nonce that increases with each bet;
  • a SHA-256 hash of the server seed shown before betting;
  • disclosure of the unhashed server seed after the game;
  • a verification tool that reproduces the result from the server seed, client seed and nonce.

The system lets the player confirm that the disclosed server seed matches the earlier hash and that the combined inputs generated the displayed outcome. This verification applies to Duel's own games. It should not be automatically extended to third-party slots or live-dealer tables.

The public verifier has fields for Game, Client seed, Server seed and Nonce. Its selector lists Dice, Blackjack, Plinko, Crash, Mines, Beef, Keno, Castle Roulette, Video Poker, Groomer's Van and Rock Paper Scissors. A Code panel can be expanded or copied, allowing the player to inspect the calculation without relying only on a result message from Duel.

The published JavaScript provides more detail than the short fairness explanation:

  • the server seed is used as the HMAC key;
  • the verifier uses HMAC-SHA256 rather than a plain concatenated hash;
  • Dice signs the message ${clientSeed}:${nonce} and converts the generated value into a displayed result from 0 to 100;
  • Blackjack signs ${clientSeed}:${nonce}:${cursor} for each card position;
  • Blackjack reads four-byte values and uses rejection sampling before mapping a value to one of 52 cards, avoiding simple modulo bias;
  • the Blackjack verifier can reproduce the next 50 cards from the supplied seeds and nonce;
  • the nonce must be zero or greater, and the inputs can be checked locally with the displayed source code.

The overview's expression "Server seed + Client seed + Nonce" is a conceptual summary. The game-specific code is the more precise description of the calculation. A successful hash match proves that the server seed was committed before the bet and that the displayed calculation follows the published inputs. It does not independently audit Duel's bankroll, payments or third-party games.

Third-party casino catalogue

Exact provider count

The casino directory displays 24 provider cards:

  1. Nolimit City
  2. Pragmatic Play
  3. Hacksaw Gaming
  4. Play'n GO
  5. Evolution Gaming
  6. Backseat Gaming
  7. Big Time Gaming
  8. NetEnt
  9. Bullshark Games
  10. Red Tiger
  11. PG Soft
  12. Pragmatic Play Live

  19. Peter & Sons
  20. AvatarUX
  21. Penguin King
  22. EXCO Game Studio
  23. Evolution First Person
  24. Jinx Gaming

This is an exact count of the provider directory presented by Duel, not a claim that every supplier is available in every country. Regional game restrictions and supplier rules can reduce the playable catalogue.

Casino navigation and discovery tools

The casino interface separates content into Lobby, Slots, Live Casino, Game Shows, Popular, Duel Picks and New Releases. Category pages include a game-name search field, a provider filter and sorting, with "Most Popular" shown as the default sort. The lobby also displays live bets, high rollers and leaderboard data.

Slot-game count

Duel does not publish a reliable overall slot total. The Slots page renders 28 game cards at a time and exposes a "Show More" continuation. Two distinct batches produced at least 56 verified slot cards, but the continuation URL then concatenated its cursor and returned no games. It would be inaccurate to present 56 as the complete catalogue or to invent a larger total.

The first two verified slot batches included titles from Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Bullshark Games, Play'n GO and Peter & Sons. Examples include Supreme Zeus, Gates of Olympus 1000, Le Bandit, Wanted Dead or a Wild, The Dog House Megaways 1000, Sweet Bonanza 2500, Sugar Rush 1000, Arena of Iron, Rich Wilde and the Tome of Madness, Big Bass Splash, SixSixSix, Dork Unit, Death Becomes You, Cyber Runner, Age of Seth and Hell Butcher.

Live casino

Live-game count and catalogue limitation

The Live Casino route also renders 28 cards per batch. The initial page and its first continuation exposed 56 distinct live-casino entries. A further continuation produced no games because the page generated a malformed cursor. Duel does not display a total counter, so 56 is the exact number of separately verified entries, not a defensible complete-catalogue total.

First 56 live-casino entries exposed by the directory

First 28 Duel Blackjack; Blackjack Lobby; Roulette Lobby; Baccarat Lobby; Gates of Olympus Roulette; Mega Roulette; One Blackjack; Mega Roulette 3000; Amazing Baccarat; Blackjack 43 - Ruby; Bet Behind Pro Blackjack; Top Games Lobby; 3-Hand Casino Hold'em; Speed Roulette 1; Casino Hold'em; Fortune Roulette; Mega Baccarat; Sic Bo Lobby; Auto-Roulette 1; ONE Blackjack 2 - Ruby; Dragon Tiger Lobby; Prive Lounge Blackjack 7; Big Small Baccarat; Roulette 6 - Turkish; Sic Bo; Baccarat 1; Dragon Tiger; Crystal Roulette

The catalogue is weighted heavily toward Pragmatic Play Live, with additional Evolution and Play'n GO content. "VIP" in a table name such as VIP Roulette is a supplier product label; it is not evidence of a Duel loyalty tier.

Live game shows

The separate Game Shows category exposed 28 cards before another "Show More" control:

  • Sweet Bonanza Candyland
  • Mega Wheel
  • Money Time
  • Treasure Island
  • Snakes & Ladders Live
  • Game Shows Lobby by Pragmatic Play Live
  • Dice City
  • Crazy Time
  • Lightning Storm
  • MONOPOLY Live
  • Ice Fishing
  • Stock Market
  • Dream Catcher

  • Crazy Time A
  • Crazy Coin Flip
  • Marble Race
  • First Person Dream Catcher
  • Dead or Alive Saloon
  • Crazy Balls
  • Extra Chilli Epic Spins
  • Red Baron
  • Game Shows Lobby by Evolution

Several game-show titles also appear in broader live-casino discovery surfaces. They should not be added to the 56-entry live list as if they were necessarily unique.

Leaderboards and High Scores

Casino leaderboards on /casino

The authenticated casino page advertised $2m monthly and $25k daily leaderboards now live for slots and live games. The rendered leaderboard had Daily and Monthly tabs, a History control, a live countdown, Your Position, and the columns Place, Player, Points, and Prize.

Observed structure on 2 August 2026:

  • each current leaderboard contained 100 paid positions;
  • the UI displayed 10 rows per page and 10 pages;
  • Your Position was - in the inspected state;
  • the countdown is dynamic and therefore is not copied as a durable deadline;
  • player names and points were deliberately excluded from this review;
  • the History control did not expose a readable historical-period table during the inspection, so no past leaderboard is claimed;
  • the 100 Daily prizes summed exactly to $25,000.00 and the 100 Monthly prizes summed exactly to $2,000,000.00 in the rendered UI.

The separate High Scores page exposed four time filters: All Time, Last Month, Last Week, and Last Day.

Ranking Rendered columns
Biggest Winners #, Player, Profit
Biggest Losers #, Player, Profit
Top Wagers #, Player, Total Wagered
Biggest Wins #, Player, Game, Multi, Profit
Biggest Losses #, Player, Game, Multi, Profit
Luckiest Wins #, Player, Game, Multi, Profit

The default state was All Time + Biggest Winners. It showed 10 entries per page and First / Last pagination. Selecting Last produced page 3984; that page contained position 39,831, establishing 39,831 entries for that specific default table at the time of capture. This number is live and can change. The same total was not independently established for the other five categories or the three shorter time windows.

The page also rendered account-specific rank summary cards. Those values, usernames, wager totals, profits, losses, game records and multipliers are intentionally omitted. Rankings are not evidence of typical results, solvency, withdrawal success, or a promise that a player will achieve similar outcomes.

Bonuses, rakeback and VIP treatment

No conventional VIP ladder

Duel does not publish a tiered VIP club, level ladder, VIP-host threshold, level-up bonus schedule, weekly reload or monthly loyalty table. There is also no standing deposit-match welcome bonus on the public site. A review that assigns Bronze, Silver, Gold or similar VIP ranks to Duel would be inventing a programme the site does not expose.

The site's "Why Bonuses Suck" page argues that players should compare net house edge rather than headline bonuses. Duel criticises wagering requirements, expiry windows, game restrictions, unclear abuse clauses and the retention mechanics of daily, weekly and monthly reward claims.

Duel defines net edge as the expected game loss after expected rewards are returned. In practical terms:

net edge = game house edge x (1 - returned share of house edge)

The operator's example uses a 3.5% slot edge with 50% returned, producing a 1.75% net edge. Its longer example uses a 4% slot edge and a $100 wager: the theoretical loss is $4, the instant return is $2 and the resulting net edge is 2%.

There is no Duel deposit-bonus balance to convert, no published wagering multiplier, no maximum bonus bet, no bonus cashout cap and no cancellation flow for a permanent house offer. These values are absent because the casino does not expose a standing welcome or reload bonus. Reviews should not copy conventional 20x, 35x or 40x terms from another casino into Duel's profile.

Instant slot house-edge return

The main substitute for VIP rakeback is an operator-stated instant return worth 50% of the house edge paid on standard slots. Duel's own example is:

  • a slot with a 4% mathematical edge would lose $4 per $100 wagered on average;
  • Duel says it returns $2 immediately;
  • the claimed effective edge becomes 2%.

This is not a 50% refund of a player's actual cash losses. It is a theoretical return based on the eligible game's house edge and wager volume. The value will differ by RTP, game eligibility and bet volume.

Leaderboards

Duel advertises leaderboards for slots and live games:

Competition Advertised pool Interface evidence
Daily $25,000 Daily tab, countdown, position, points, five ranking pages
Monthly $1,000,000 Site-wide banner and Monthly tab

The visible daily top-ten prize schedule is:

Place Prize
1 $12,500
2 $3,750
3 $1,875
4 $1,000
5 $500
6 $450
7 $400
8 $350
9 $300
10 $250

The first ten prizes total $21,375, leaving $3,625 of the advertised daily pool for lower positions. The interface exposes five pages of rankings. Duel does not place the full monthly prize distribution, minimum qualifying bet, points formula and every anti-abuse condition in one static public document, so those values must be taken from the active competition interface.

High Scores

The High Scores page is separate from the prize leaderboard. It offers time filters for All Time, Last Month, Last Week and Last Day, plus statistical views for Biggest Winners, Biggest Losers, Top Wagers, Biggest Wins, Biggest Losses and Luckiest Wins. A user-search field is included. High Scores are public statistics, not automatically paid bonuses.

Third-party promotional mechanics

The Terms allow third-party providers to supply bonuses, free spins or promotional mechanics. Their expiry, completion and settlement are controlled by the relevant provider, and expired or partially used rounds may be automatically finalised or cancelled. This clause permits supplier promotions but does not establish a permanent Duel welcome package.

The Terms do not provide a universal slot, live casino, sportsbook or Original contribution percentage for those supplier promotions. They also do not publish one excluded-games list or one maximum-bet rule that applies to every future provider campaign. Each active provider promotion must therefore be checked on its own terms. Provider data controls expiry and final settlement, including the cancellation or automatic completion of unused rounds.

05Crypto and paymentsSupported assets, deposits and withdrawals3 topics

Deposit with Cash. complete authenticated inspection

What the feature is

Deposit with Cash is an on-ramp flow inside the Duel wallet. The player chooses a fiat spend currency, a crypto asset to receive and a payment method. Selecting Visa or MasterCard in the observed session led to a review screen naming the external provider Swapped. The purchase was not submitted.

This feature must not be described as a direct fiat balance, bank account or cash withdrawal service. The interface is a purchase of cryptocurrency for delivery to the Duel wallet. Duel's Terms also say Duel is not a financial institution or licensed cryptocurrency exchange and does not allow users to treat the account as an exchange.

Spend currencies. all 14 names shown

The Spend selector displayed the following options, in this order:

# Code Currency label shown by Duel
1 USD United States dollar code
2 EUR Euro code
3 CAD Canadian dollar code
4 JPY Japanese yen code
5 CNY Chinese yuan code
6 INR Indian rupee code

9 AUD Australian dollar code
10 DKK Danish krone code
11 TRY Turkish lira code
12 KRW South Korean won code
13 ARS Argentine peso code
14 BRL Brazilian real code

These are selector options, not proof that every currency is available to every user, country, card issuer or payment method. The site may filter the final provider offer by jurisdiction and provider rules.

Receive assets. all 16 names shown

The Receive selector displayed:

Every payment-method tile. exact order and spelling

The expanded Payment Method area rendered 30 clickable tiles. There are 29 unique labels because Rapid Transfer appears twice. The exact observed sequence was:

1 Visa Card-network label
2 MasterCard Capitalisation exactly as displayed
3 Skrill E-wallet label
4 Rapid Transfer First occurrence
5 paysafecard Lower-case initial exactly as displayed

27 GrabPay Capitalisation exactly as displayed
28 DOKU Upper-case label
29 Ovo Capitalisation exactly as displayed
30 Dana Capitalisation exactly as displayed

The compact wallet card showed Skrill, Rapid Transfer and +26; the expanded selector is the stronger evidence for the full visible sequence. No country mapping, per-method currency matrix or permanent availability promise was shown beside these tiles. Those values are therefore not captured rather than inferred from brand familiarity.

Cash-purchase workflow observed without submitting

Step Observed behaviour What it does not prove
Open wallet Deposit, Withdraw and Tip tabs were available; Buy Crypto was also visible It does not prove a separate exchange service
Open cash on-ramp The wallet card opened Deposit with Cash It does not initiate a payment by itself
Spend input HTML attributes were min=0.01, step=0.01, with no fixed max attribute 0.01 is an input constraint, not a verified provider transaction minimum
Choose spend currency 14 currency codes were available It does not prove every currency works with every method
Choose receive asset 16 crypto assets were available It does not prove every asset is available at the final provider step
Choose payment method Buy was disabled before a method was selected It does not prove provider eligibility
Visa selected The review screen named Swapped and repeated the session's existing $8.00 spend value $8.00 was not established as a minimum, fee or required amount
MasterCard selected The review screen also named Swapped and repeated $8.00 This does not establish that all 29 labels use Swapped
Fee wording Duel displayed External payments may carry a processing fee. It prevents a truthful blanket claim of fee-free cash deposits
Embedded provider state The provider widget showed 0% Fee, but also Something has gone wrong and said the cryptocurrency was under maintenance The conflicting incomplete widget is not a final quote or proof of a zero fee
Final purchase Not clicked No card, bank, wallet or crypto transaction occurred

Cash fees, exchange rates, limits and verification. truthful status

Question Verified answer
Is Deposit with Cash fee-free? Unknown. Duel warns that external payments may carry a processing fee. A provider widget displayed 0% Fee in an error state, which is insufficient for a general claim.
What exchange rate is used? Not captured. No completed quote was obtained.
Is there a spread or markup? Not captured. The interface did not expose a completed fiat-to-crypto quote suitable for calculation.
What is the minimum cash purchase? Not captured. The spend input's HTML minimum is 0.01, but provider minimums were not confirmed.
What is the maximum cash purchase? Not captured. No fixed maximum was shown before provider validation.
Does every method work in every country? Not established. Availability is likely dynamic, but the report does not infer regional support without a visible matrix.
Is KYC required by the on-ramp? Not captured at the inspected pre-purchase stage. Duel's Terms permit KYC and third-party processors may impose their own checks.
How long does settlement take? Not captured. No purchase was initiated.
Can cash purchases be refunded? No method-specific refund promise was shown. Duel's Terms say deposits are not refunded by default.
Who processes the payment? Swapped was observed for Visa and MasterCard. Other methods were listed but their final processor was not asserted.

Crypto deposit networks. complete current mapping

Every wallet asset was selected read-only. Deposit addresses and QR codes were deliberately excluded.

LINK Ethereum Network (ERC-20) No memo/tag field surfaced
AVAX Avalanche C-Chain No memo/tag field surfaced
GRAM TON Network Your Memo Tag surfaced and must be preserved
HBAR Hedera Network Your Memo Tag surfaced and must be preserved

Network names are not interchangeable. Sending an asset over a different chain, omitting a required memo/tag or using an address for the wrong asset can cause permanent loss. Duel's Terms place responsibility for the correct address and network on the user.

Withdrawal form observed without entering data

The empty USDT withdrawal form defaulted to Ethereum (ERC20) and contained:

  • a required withdrawal-address field with placeholder Enter your USDT address;
  • a required amount field with HTML min=0.01 and step=0.01;
  • a MAX control;
  • a required two-factor-code field;
  • an empty-form line Transaction fee: $0.00; and
  • a disabled Withdraw button.

The empty-form $0.00 line does not prove that a populated or completed withdrawal is free. No address or amount was entered, so the real minimum, maximum, network charge, final quote, confirmation count and processing time remain not captured.

Supported cryptocurrencies and cashier

The logged-in Wallet lists 16 balance currencies:

# Asset Ticker
1 Tether USDT
2 Bitcoin BTC
3 Bitcoin Cash BCH
4 Ethereum ETH
5 Litecoin LTC
6 USD Coin USDC
7 TRON TRX
8 Binance Coin BNB
9 Solana SOL
10 Ripple XRP
11 Dogecoin DOGE
12 Cardano ADA
13 Chainlink LINK
14 Avalanche AVAX
15 Toncoin TON
16 Hedera HBAR

The wallet contains Deposit, Withdraw, Buy Crypto and Tip tabs. Bitcoin deposits show a QR code and explicitly require the Bitcoin network. Duel does not publish one universal network table for all 16 assets on its legal pages; the active cashier warning for the selected asset is authoritative.

Deposit and withdrawal rules

  • Deposits are non-refundable by default.
  • The player is responsible for using the correct currency address and blockchain network.
  • Duel says it does not profit from deposit or withdrawal fees, but network and third-party processing fees may apply.
  • Deposits and withdrawals must use the player's own means of payment; third-party funding is prohibited.
  • Duel is not a bank or cryptocurrency exchange, and account balances do not earn interest.
  • Duel may appoint payment processors to receive deposits, hold or manage funds and expedite withdrawals.
  • KYC may be requested before a withdrawal. Refusal or failure to provide documents can prevent access to the funds.
  • No stable public table of minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal or processing-time guarantees is supplied in the Terms.
  • An account with no login activity for six consecutive years can be classified as dormant; the operator reserves the right to reclaim the remaining balance and may, but is not required to, contact the player first.

Cashier workflow and limit evidence

The account Wallet has four tabs: Deposit, Withdraw, Buy Crypto and Tip. The deposit panel shows the selected asset, a QR code, a unique deposit address and an asset-specific network warning. In the Bitcoin view, Duel explicitly instructs the player to use the Bitcoin Network.

The withdrawal panel exposes the following steps before submission:

  1. Select the withdrawal currency.
  2. Enter the destination address.
  3. Enter an amount or use the Max control.
  4. Enter a two-factor authentication code.
  5. Review the named blockchain network and displayed transaction fee.
  6. Use the Withdraw button only after the required fields are valid.

The final withdrawal button remains disabled when the required fields are empty. No transaction is created by opening this panel. The pre-submission screen did not expose a cancellation control because there was no pending withdrawal to cancel.

Cashier item What Duel exposes
Minimum deposit No stable public figure in the Terms or empty deposit panel
Maximum deposit No stable public figure
Required confirmations Not stated in the static legal text or empty deposit panel
Deposit credit time No guaranteed number of minutes or blocks
Minimum withdrawal Not displayed until an asset and valid amount context are used
Maximum withdrawal Dynamic account and asset control; no public site-wide ceiling
Withdrawal fee Quoted in the active form; the empty Bitcoin form displayed $0.00, which does not prove every completed withdrawal is free
Withdrawal network Named for the selected asset before submission
Withdrawal processing time No universal guarantee; compliance review can extend processing
KYC before withdrawal Permitted by the Terms
Withdrawal security The active account form required a 2FA code

The cashier does not publish one network and confirmation matrix for all 16 assets. USDT, USDC and other assets that can exist on more than one chain must be checked inside the active currency panel. The ticker alone is not enough to identify the accepted network.

Sportsbook rules. current document map

The official Sports Betting Rules at /policies/sports-betting-rules were marked Updated: 01.06.2026. The document rendered approximately 2,000 non-empty lines and is much more detailed than the earlier summary.

Live sportsbook rendering status

The authenticated /sports route loaded the Duel header, chat and footer, plus a Sports | Duel document title and a sports description. The actual sportsbook region was a #betby container approximately 1,904 px wide and 3,845 px high in the desktop inspection. It contained one empty renderer child and no readable events, leagues, market buttons, odds, betslip, sportsbook links or sportsbook iframe.

This was reproducible after a reload and an additional wait. The page loaded https://duel.sptpub.com/bt-renderer.min.js and Duel's sports route asset. Console output reported the BT renderer build time as 28.07.2026 23:23:56, successful authentication, live and prematch polling, a top-events request, and a Main content loaded message. Despite those integration messages, no sportsbook content became visible or readable in the page DOM. No explicit JavaScript exception naming the root cause appeared.

The honest conclusion is therefore narrow: the sportsbook renderer did not expose usable betting content in this authenticated Chrome session on 2 August 2026. It is not valid to invent or infer the current sports menu, competitions, individual events, live status, markets, odds, odds format, betslip controls, stake presets, Cash Out availability, limits or jurisdictional availability from the rules alone.

Bet types defined in the rules

  • Single: one selected outcome. The rules describe the return as stake multiplied by the accepted odds if the selection wins.
  • Combo / Parlay / Accumulator: two or more independent selections; every selection must win. The combined odds are the product of the component odds.
  • System: a collection of multiple combinations, with the same stake applied to each combination. It can return something even when not every selection wins, depending on the system and results.
Named system Selections Composition Total bets
Trixie 3 3 doubles + 1 treble 4
Patent 3 3 singles + 3 doubles + 1 treble 7
Yankee 4 6 doubles + 4 trebles + 1 fourfold 11
Canadian 5 10 doubles + 10 trebles + 5 fourfolds + 1 fivefold 26
Heinz 6 15 doubles + 20 trebles + 15 fourfolds + 6 fivefolds + 1 sixfold 57
Super Heinz 7 21 doubles + 35 trebles + 35 fourfolds + 21 fivefolds + 7 sixfolds + 1 sevenfold 120
Goliath 8 28 doubles + 56 trebles + 70 fourfolds + 56 fivefolds + 28 sixfolds + 8 sevenfolds + 1 eightfold 247

The rules state that payouts are rounded to the nearest two decimal places.

Cash Out, Bet Builder and Early Payout

  • Cash Out: may settle a bet before the event ends at the currently offered terms. It can be available before an event or in play. The player may accept or decline the displayed offer, but the provider may change, suspend or withdraw the offer.
  • Bet Builder: combines multiple markets from the same event. Every included selection must be correct. Availability is discretionary. If one selection is void, that selection is removed and the remaining selections stand. Bet Builders may be combined with Combos, Systems, other Bet Builders or standard selections where the interface permits it.
  • Early Payout: applies only where the event or market carries the relevant offer and the predefined condition occurs. It can settle a qualifying bet before the final result. The rules say it may apply to Singles, Combos, Systems, Bet Builders, and certain bonus contexts. In a multiple, the qualifying leg may settle early while the remaining legs continue. Duel reserves rights to change, withdraw, reject, void or correct the offer, including after VAR-related changes.

These are rulebook capabilities, not proof that the controls were available on a particular event during this inspection.

Settlement, postponements, interruptions and voids

  • Fixed odds are defined as the odds accepted when the bet is placed.
  • The operator may apply general or individual stake, payout, winnings and odds limits; the rulebook does not publish one universal number for all users and markets.
  • An accepted bet cannot be reversed by the user merely because the user changed their mind.
  • The Sportsbook may accept or reject a proposed stake.
  • A postponed event with no updated information within 12 hours of the original start time is generally void. If it is rescheduled within 12 hours and starts within 48 hours, bets generally stand, subject to sport-specific exceptions.
  • If a started event is interrupted and not completed within 48 hours, unsettled bets are generally void. Exceptions include completed periods, already decided markets, long-duration events and sport-specific rules.
  • A void selection is refunded and is treated at odds 1.00 inside an affected multiple, subject to the detailed market rules.
  • Live scores, timers, statistics and streams are informational and may be delayed or inaccurate; settlement follows the official result and applicable rules.
  • Bots, automated betting and multi-account techniques intended to circumvent limits are prohibited.
  • The settlement hierarchy is Market Rules over Sport Rules over General Rules. Event-specific market wording remains decisive.

Sports and event families covered

The rulebook includes soccer, tennis, basketball, American football, ice hockey, baseball, handball, volleyball, beach volleyball, futsal, badminton, rugby union, rugby league, rugby sevens, darts, snooker, table tennis, bowls, cricket, squash, Australian rules football, boxing, MMA, golf, motorcycle racing, athletics, winter sports, Formula 1, chess, kabaddi and cycling. Separate material covers esports, horse racing, greyhound racing, harness racing and predictions.

The document also defines common soccer markets such as 1X2 and Double Chance, but the list in the rulebook must not be represented as the exact set currently offered in the broken renderer.

Sportsbook data not captured

The following remain unknown for the inspected session: visible sports and leagues; pre-match and live event counts; current fixtures; odds and odds format; market depth; maximum and minimum stake; maximum payout; betslip behaviour; current promotions; actual Cash Out / Bet Builder / Early Payout tags; live-stream availability; geographic restrictions applied by the renderer; and whether the empty state was account-, network-, extension-, region- or provider-specific.

Sportsbook, esports and predictions

The sportsbook provides live and upcoming fixed-odds betting, live scores, event pages, a betslip, Quick Bet and odds settings. European odds were the displayed default.

The live menu exposed 37 categories:

Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, Counter-Strike, Dota 2, Valorant, Baseball, Ice Hockey, Cricket, Table Tennis, Badminton, Boxing, eSoccer, eBasketball, Handball, Volleyball, Golf, eHorse Racing, eSoccer: Volta, eSoccer: Penalty, eFighting, eTennis, eBasketball: Blitz, Australian Football, eSoccer: X-Battle FC, eCricket, King of Glory, Rugby League, Sumo, FC 26, Kabaddi, NBA 2K26, Teqball, Cricket 24, Footvolley, eCricket: X-Battle Bats and eVaquejada.

The upcoming menu exposed 47 categories, adding or substituting League of Legends, American Football, Darts, Rugby Union, Mixed Martial Arts, Rainbow Six, Chess, Futsal, Arena of Valor, Mobile Legends, Water Polo, Beach Soccer, Wrestling, StarCraft 2, Call of Duty, Crossfire and Pro Wrestling.

Coverage is event-dependent and the counts describe the visible category menus, not a permanent guarantee that every sport always has markets.

Betting formats and settlement

The sportsbook rules cover:

  • live and pre-match fixed odds;
  • single selections and combination bets;
  • dependent selections through a specific Bet Builder where offered;
  • match-result, totals, handicaps, both-teams-to-score, odd/even and interval markets;
  • outrights, top-finish markets, head-to-heads and triple-heads;
  • next-event, race-to-X and chronological-event markets;
  • sport-specific rules for soccer, tennis, basketball, American football, ice hockey, baseball, handball, volleyball, cricket, combat sports, golf, motorsport and others;
  • game-specific esports rules;
  • horse, greyhound and harness racing;
  • prediction markets covering politics, arts, entertainment, science and sporting milestones.

Limits can differ by user, sport, league and market and can be changed by the operator. Incorrect odds, technical errors, abandoned events, non-runners and late bets can be voided under the rules. A void bet is returned at odds of 1.00. Official source data is used for settlement; displayed live scores and streams are informational and may be delayed.

Cash Out, Bet Builder and system bets

Cash Out can be offered on both pre-match and live bets. Accepting the displayed offer settles the bet immediately on those terms. Duel's sportsbook provider can change, suspend or remove a Cash Out quote at any time, so an earlier quote is not guaranteed to remain available.

Bet Builder combines multiple markets from the same event. Every included selection must win. Related outcomes cannot be placed together in a normal combo unless the sportsbook explicitly permits the combination through Bet Builder.

The rules define single, combo and system bets. A combo pays stake x combined odds when every leg wins. Named systems are also documented:

System Selections Constituent bets
Trixie 3 4
Patent 3 7
Yankee 4 11
Canadian 5 26
Heinz 6 57
Super Heinz 7 120
Goliath 8 247

Calculated winnings with more than two decimal places may be rounded to two decimals using standard mathematical rounding. The rules do not publish a universal sportsbook maximum win. Limits can apply per user, selection, bet, event or market and may change.

No permanent Free Bet or Odds Boost entitlement is defined in the general sportsbook rules. Their absence from that document does not prevent a temporary campaign, but players should not list them as standing account benefits without an active offer.

Postponements, interruptions and disputed results

  • If an event is officially cancelled before it starts, its bets are void.
  • If no rescheduling update appears within 12 hours of the original start time, affected bets are void unless a sport-specific rule overrides the general rule.
  • If the event is rescheduled within 12 hours and starts within 48 hours of the original time, bets stand.
  • If a started event is interrupted, postponed or suspended and is not completed within 48 hours of its official start, bets are generally void.
  • Completed periods and outcomes that were already unconditionally determined can still be settled.
  • Events that normally last more than 30 hours and sport-specific exceptions can follow different rules.
  • A void bet returns the stake through settlement at odds of 1.00.
  • Dead heats divide the relevant stake by the number of tied competitors before full odds are applied to the winning portion.
  • Outrights use the first official result at the podium, medal ceremony or award announcement; later appeals or disqualifications are normally ignored.
  • Live scoreboards and streams can be delayed or inaccurate and are not the settlement authority.

The rules say reputable data sources are used for settlement. The exact source may be disclosed on reasonable request at the operator's discretion during a dispute.

Privacy Policy. marked 30 March 2024

The Privacy Policy says Duel may process e-mail, communications, surveys, wallet addresses, transaction history, login/traffic data, GeoIP, activity logs, device type and screen size, browser information, language and on-site behaviour. Purposes include transactions, support, legal compliance, account profiles, security, verification, consented marketing, fraud prevention, AML and optimisation.

Named or described tools and recipients include group companies, service providers, payment processors, regulators, law enforcement, potential buyers, Google Analytics and Hotjar. The newer Terms separately name Google Analytics, Intercom, SEON and Checkin.com. The documents are not perfectly synchronised, so both first-party disclosures are recorded.

The policy describes rights to access, correct, update or request deletion; object or restrict processing; request portability; opt out of marketing; withdraw consent; complain to a data-protection authority; and limit cookies. Contact routes are support@duel.com, contact@duel.com and chat.

Account security controls observed

Without changing a setting, the authenticated Account page exposed Edit Profile, Change Password, Two Factor Authentication, Recovery Code, 2FA enable/disable, Change Email, logout from This Device and logout from All Devices. The account name, e-mail and recovery information are excluded from this report.

Responsible Gaming. marked 4 September 2024

The policy advises playing for entertainment, not chasing losses, setting limits, protecting essential money, taking breaks and monitoring gambling's effects. It names Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and GamCare.

Duel says a seven-day cooling-off period is available through Customer Support and self-exclusion locks the account for at least six months while stopping promotional material. Deposit, loss, wager and session-duration controls were not exposed in the inspected account page or policy; their availability is not captured.

KYC, AML and account security

Duel does not promise permanent no-KYC play. The Terms expressly allow identity verification before a withdrawal and the platform can perform additional checks for fraud, sanctions, source of funds, payment ownership and regulatory compliance.

The operator identifies Checkin.com as a recipient of personal data used to identify users and verify documents. Other named service categories and tools include Google Analytics, Intercom and SEON; the Privacy Policy also mentions Hotjar for behavioural analytics.

The AML framework allows Duel, its regulator or another competent authority to monitor and review transactions. Suspicious activity can be reported to authorities. In response to a legal or regulatory demand, Duel may freeze or withhold funds, provide account and transaction data, extend a freeze and, where legally ordered, transfer funds to the requesting agency.

Players represent that they are acting for themselves, are not depositing criminal proceeds, are not using payment methods without authorisation and are not using the account for criminal conduct. Bots, collusion, syndicate activity, insider information, match fixing, arbitrage abuse, bonus exploitation and technical exploits are prohibited.

Account-sharing is not allowed. The original person who created an account remains the recognised owner, regardless of attempted sale, gift or transfer. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials.

Verified account security controls

The account Settings page exposes Profile, Security and session controls. The available actions are:

  • edit the public profile;
  • change the account password;
  • enable or disable two-factor authentication;
  • access a 2FA recovery-code function;
  • change the registered email address;
  • log out the current device;
  • log out all devices;
  • open account transaction history from the Transactions area.

The withdrawal form also required a 2FA code in the inspected account state. This ties withdrawal approval to the configured second factor rather than relying only on the login session.

No passkey option, withdrawal-address whitelist, anti-phishing phrase or separate email-confirmation toggle was exposed in the account settings panel. That does not prove that Duel never performs email or risk checks, but these controls should not be advertised as user-configurable features without new interface evidence.

Restricted jurisdictions

The Terms prohibit players from:

Afghanistan, Armenia, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lithuania, North Korea, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Slovakia, Spain, Syria, Yemen, the United Arab Emirates, Montenegro, the United Kingdom, the United States and its territories, France, the Netherlands including Curacao and other countries and territories forming part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Australia, Venezuela, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Libya, Somalia, Myanmar/Burma, Sudan, South Sudan, Mali and the Central African Republic.

Players must also be legally permitted to gamble where they are located. The Terms do not grant permission to evade a regional block with a VPN. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, bots, rule violations or behaviour the operator considers harmful, and the Terms state that remaining funds may be withheld at the operator's discretion.

Support, community, languages and devices

Duel claims a 24/7 customer-support team and exposes a Live Support button. Published addresses include:

  • support@duel.com for disputes, privacy requests and account assistance;
  • contact@duel.com for privacy and general contact;
  • hey@duel.com in the site footer.

Official community links lead to Discord, X (@duel), Telegram (@duelmogs) and Instagram (@duelcom). Monarch says he also monitors the site chat and Discord and can be reached on X as @Monarch.

The interface and authoritative Terms are English. No public language-switcher or translated-site roster is exposed, so the defensible supported-language count is one verified interface language: English. The service is browser-based and its privacy policy acknowledges computer, tablet and mobile use. No official iOS or Android application download link is published in the inspected navigation or footer.

Complaints and escalation

The Terms direct disputes and complaints to support@duel.com and say Duel aims to resolve them quickly and fairly. No first-response target, resolution deadline, case-number procedure or list of supported agent languages is published. A 24/7 claim therefore describes availability, not a guaranteed response time.

Unresolved contractual disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Each party bears its own arbitration costs. Claims must be brought individually, and the Terms waive class actions and class-wide arbitration. Anjouan law governs the Terms, and the courts of Anjouan have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not resolved through the arbitration clause.

Public activity and result transparency

Original game pages expose All Bets and High Rollers tabs plus a Live Bets switch. The site also publishes pseudonymous win notifications and shareable bet references. These tools let a reader inspect activity presented by Duel, but a username and bet record do not independently prove the player's identity, source of funds or successful withdrawal.

The High Scores filters add another public layer through Biggest Winners, Biggest Losers, Top Wagers, Biggest Wins, Biggest Losses and Luckiest Wins. Daily and monthly leaderboard tables show positions, points and prize values in the active interface. The economics changelog linked from the fairness area records changes to the casino's economic model.

Provably fair verification is the strongest technical transparency feature because the player can reproduce a house-game result from the seeds and nonce. Public bet feeds and leaderboard rows are platform records rather than an external audit. Duel does not publish an independent proof-of-prize-payment report for every leaderboard winner, so the public rankings should not be described as audited payout certificates.

Responsible gambling

Duel advises players to gamble for entertainment, avoid chasing losses, set limits, take breaks, keep gambling separate from responsibilities and never risk money they cannot afford to lose.

Available interventions include:

  • a seven-day cooling-off period;
  • self-exclusion for a minimum of six months;
  • suppression of promotional material during self-exclusion;
  • assistance through Customer Support;
  • referrals to Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and GamCare;
  • a GambleAware link in the site footer.

Players must request exclusion through support. The policy also recommends excluding from other gambling sites and using parental controls or filtering software to prevent underage access.

Review-critical conclusions

  • Verified strengths: a clearly named operator and licence; 11 current 100% RTP house-game cards; provably fair verification for house games; 24 visible providers; 16 wallet currencies; instant slot edge return; substantial daily and monthly leaderboard headlines; broad sportsbook and esports menus.
  • Important qualification: 100% RTP applies to the designated Duel Originals and optimal play where decisions matter. It does not apply to third-party slots, live tables or the sportsbook.
  • VIP reality: Duel has no published conventional VIP ladder. The value proposition is lower mathematical edge, instant slot return and competitions, not status levels and scheduled reloads.
  • Catalogue limitation: the site does not expose a reliable total game counter. Exact claims beyond the 24 provider cards, 11 Originals, 56 separately verified live entries and the visible 28-card game-show batch would be unsupported.
  • KYC reality: verification can be required before withdrawal; Duel is not a guaranteed no-KYC casino.
  • Cashier limitation: 16 wallet assets are confirmed, but networks, minimums and processor fees must be checked for the selected asset in the live cashier.
  • Brand-partner reality: Monarch is the public founder. No official celebrity ambassador or sports-team partnership roster is published.
  • Risk: zero edge does not remove variance, loss risk, addiction risk or account/compliance controls.

Live official-site verification. 2 August 2026

Scope, safety and evidence standard

Field Verified scope
Observation window 2 August 2026; final evidence timestamp 2026-08-02T13:12:45Z
Sole research source The official duel.com site already open in the user's authenticated Chrome profile
Sources deliberately excluded Search engines, review sites, affiliate sites, social posts, cached copies, third-party casino databases and competitor sites
Account use Read-only inspection of visible product, wallet and account controls
Actions not performed No deposit, cash purchase, wager, withdrawal, tip, support message, KYC submission, password or email change, logout, self-exclusion or other state-changing action
Sensitive-data handling The report does not retain the account name, e-mail, deposit addresses, QR codes, balances, memo values, referral identifiers, transaction history, session data or recovery credentials
Claim language Observed means visible in this session. Operator-stated means Duel publishes the claim but it was not independently audited. Not captured means the site did not expose enough evidence for a truthful claim.

Current corrections that override the older review

  1. The home page currently exposes 11 playable Duel Original links, not 12: Dice, Blackjack, Plinko, Crash, Mines, Beef, Keno, Castle Roulette, Video Poker, Groomer's Van and Rock Paper Scissors.
  2. Methlabs is a separate home-page section heading above a mixed carousel. It is not a twelfth Original and has no /methlabs Original route in the observed home-page DOM.
  3. The authenticated wallet still exposes 16 crypto assets, but the current selector contains GRAM, not the TON asset named in the older report. GRAM deposits use the TON network and require a memo tag.
  4. Duel now exposes a substantial Deposit with Cash flow. It contains 14 spend currencies, 16 receive assets and 30 visible payment-method tiles representing 29 unique labels.
  5. The Economics Changelog, last updated 16 July 2026, says Blackjack now uses a scaling edge from 0.10% to 0.57% as the base bet rises. A blanket current claim that Blackjack is always 0% edge is therefore inaccurate.
  6. The home cards still display 100% RTP on all 11 Original links. That is a lobby label, not sufficient proof that every configuration, bet size or decision path has exactly 100% effective RTP.
  7. The slot pagination defect remains reproducible: page one links to ?start=28, while page two links to malformed ?start=2828.
  8. The current public provider carousel still exposes exactly 24 provider routes.

The zero-edge proposition

Duel markets its current house-game cards at 100% RTP, meaning a theoretical 0% house edge before any player mistakes. This is a long-run mathematical return, not a guarantee that a session will break even. A fair 50/50 game can still produce large short-term losses through variance.

Duel explains the difference with a bankroll simulation based on a $1 million starting balance and $10,000 bets. Its published example compares the probability of finishing at least $500,000 up or down:

Total wagered 3% edge: big loss / big win 1% edge: big loss / big win 0% edge: big loss / big win
$5 million 6% / under 1% 2% / 1% 1% / 1%
$10 million 26% / 1% 10% / 3% 6% / 6%
$20 million 59% / 1% 25% / 6% 13% / 13%
$50 million 92% / under 1% 50% / 8% 24% / 24%
$100 million 99% / under 1% 69% / 7% 31% / 31%

These figures are Duel's educational simulation, not a promise of individual results. The casino also states that zero-edge betting must have limits because unlimited even-money exposure would create unsustainable bankroll variance. Exact minimum bets, maximum bets and maximum profits are set in each game interface rather than in one universal public table.

Personal data and privacy

Duel states that it may collect:

  • email address;
  • correspondence through the website, email and web chat;
  • survey responses;
  • cryptocurrency wallet addresses;
  • complete account transaction history;
  • login, traffic, GeoIP and activity-log data;
  • device type, screen size, browser and preferred language;
  • gameplay and site-behaviour information.

The data can be used for bets and transactions, customer support, legal compliance, account security, KYC, consented marketing, fraud prevention, AML monitoring and service optimisation. The privacy document asserts GDPR compliance and says personal information is encrypted in transit and at rest. It provides rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export data, object to certain processing, withdraw consent and opt out of marketing.
